Kamerspel in Huiskamer on Sunday 21 juin with summery scenes and sounds of Winnie Claessens, David Edren, Huiskamer, Charlotte Koopman en Benjamin Verdonck.

Huiskamer in the living room

Huiskamer, Zomertafel, 2026, demountable table made of recuperated wind screen with wooden sticks and attributes, 140x80x65 cm

Zomertafel is a modular play bench/miniature theatre. The objects between the wooden sticks on the table can be set in motion, creating an infinite variety of maritime tableaux vivants against the backdrop of a windbreak – the kind that defies the wind on North Sea beaches in summer. Lot activated the table during Kamerspel, using a series of new wooden objects she created, accompanied musically by Bram.

Benjamin Verdonck & Charlotte Koopman in the kitchen

Charlotte Koopman made five icecreams from the ‘Sping, Leaving’ series and one drink from the ‘Leaving Syros’ series.

Benjamin Verdonck’s mysterious, poetic one-on-one play

David Edren in the garden

David Edren makes music linked to the rythms of nature. At Huiskamer he will play a live set in the garden featuring tracks created during a recent trip to Japan.

Winnie Claessens in the garden room

Winnie Claeesens installation ~nitty-gritty~ brings together various miniature works that originated in an exploration of natural materials, objects and textures. A reflection on the relationship between nature, technology and human intervention.
